Codon Matrix Resources
The purpose of this page is to make additional resources for
the empircial codon matrix available. Details about the matrix can be
found in the original article:
A Schneider, GM Cannarozzi and GH Gonnet (2005):
Empirical Codon Substitution Matrix,
BMC Bioinformatics 6:134.

Resources for original matrix
All files have a similar format: the first line contains all the codons
in alphabetical order, followed by one tab-separated line of frequencies
or 64 tab-separated lines describing a matrix.
Resources for other matrices
We will also provide the same resource files for other matrices
that are more specific to certain data sets.
